Biography

Mr. Douglas Nkoana completed his LLB with University of South Africa, and proceeded to complete PVT with IPCE, currently registered as a Candidate Attorney. Douglas has a practical knowledge and experience as an attorney-client relations manager and general practice experience from file handling, court preparation and shadowing of attorneys and advocates in court as prior experience before being enrolled as a Candidate Attorney, which experience adds an advantage in ensuring that clients’ mandates are carefully carried out.

With this strong background in legal operations and team leadership, Douglas brings a unique blend of managerial expertise to his role as a candidate attorney. In addition, having served as an attorney-client relations manager, Douglas developed a deep understanding of client service, case management, and the inner workings of a successful legal practice and now applies his organisational skills, strategic thinking, and client-focused approach to the practice. His experience in managing complex workflows and supporting attorneys gives him a distinctive perspective in handling matters efficiently and empathetically.

Douglas has a particular passion for general civil litigation and labour law, currently pursuing a Postgraduate qualification in Forensic Audit.
